There has always been a link between art and fashion, the fashion brand Tee Co. want to fuse this relationship even further by creating an outlet for some of the best hidden talent in the UK to showcase their work in a different way, bring it to life and grab the attention of a new audience. The British fashion brand has just launched a new line for women, bringing some of its most popular statement T-shirt designs to the female market. Tees never go out of fashion, especially these ones. Brothers Rick and Jon Ogden founded Tee Co. in 2013 after spotting an opportunity to enable independent UK artists to enter into the fashion industry by giving them a new canvas – high quality, 100% cotton, fitted T-shirts. After the overwhelming success of the men’s collection, Tee Co. is now offering 11 new designs from seven artists digitally printed onto tees created for us females. Current choices include:

Darkness-and-Wonder-Black-Original-Tee-01

Darkness & Wonder: Designed by Danny O’Connor, this striking digital skull sketch pops out from the black background. Priced £24.99

Opposites-Attract-White-Original-Tee-01

Opposites Attract: Another design from Danny O’Connor, this haunting image shows a female portrait with a skull and bird flowing through the face. Priced £24.99

Dot-White-Original-Tee-01

Dot: Designed by Dom Allen, this tee depicts Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz crying emerald tears. Priced £24.99

Wandering-Dream-White-Original-Tee-01

Wandering Dream: Created by Tatiana Titmova, this dreamy feminine tee is available in white. Priced £24.99

Rick Ogden says Tee Co. is all about statement tees that are individually designed and creatively ignited by UK artists. Their artists are at the heart of everything they do; the brand want to help them grow, gain a following and generate a source of income. For every T-shirt sold, the artist receives a commission, along with a swing label and dedicated website page promoting them. On top of this, £1 of every product sold goes towards supplying orphanages in developing countries with art supplies, as part of the business’ Art for Arts Initiative. Their range of T-shirts are like nothing else out there. As their artists develop their own distinct styles and as they bring on board new designers, the range is continuously evolving and growing, offering customers an ever-changing choice of relevant and creative designs that suit them and their lifestyles.
