Megan completed her Masters in Fashion Design at Domus Academy in Milan in 2003, and thereafter worked in Italy and Spain for the next several years. She worked as a womenswear denim designer for Meltin’Pot, Spazio Lazzari of Treviso, as well as for Max&Co and New Penny, brands of the Max Mara group. In 2010 she returned to her hometown of Atlanta, GA and re-launched her line with a focus on the development of sartorial, high quality apparel made locally.

The designer’s degree in Industrial Design, from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn (1999), has given her a basis to explore fashion with a non-traditional approach, as well as cross over into other types of work such as retail design, fashion communication and brand identity work. Her background in fine arts has allowed her to blur the lines of art, fashion and design.

Her main objective as a designer is to incorporate artful concepts into special garments that will be loved and lived in; capable of bringing joy to the person who wear them, and inspiring them to make them feel like their best selves.

The spring/ summer collection for 2015 is full of garments that evoke the feeling of a painter’s studio, maybe from the Abstract Expressionist movement of the 40s. There are many smock-like silhouettes in linen and canvas with a slight tomboy feel, white silk/cotton with rust stained patterns, and finally, a digital print, which was made from a photo of a painting, commissioned by artist Stephanie Raborn.
