Willow Smith Stars in Stance’s “Miss Dazey” Spring 2016 Campaign

Stance is excited to announce that Willow Smith is the newest inductee to the Punk and Poet roster, the brand’s collective of creative visionaries. As a young artistic force with a burgeoning music career, Willow will lend her platform of uninhibited self-expression and her fearless sense of style to the sock category starting this year.

The partnership is announced in conjunction with Willow’s first initiative on behalf of the brand as the star of its ‘Miss Dazey’ campaign. The collection was inspired by a kaleidoscopic dreamscape of colourful floral prints and daring graphics spun from our softest fibres. The campaign featuring Willow reflects those cues amongst a scene of thousands of live florals designed by florist Gemma Herst, enhanced by Willow’s stunning features and playful yet sophisticated sense of style. The Miss Dazey collection includes styles that feature super soft Supima Cotton in classic silhouettes from anklets and over the knee’s to select hosiery styles.

“It’s an honour to work with Willow, she has such a strong creative point of view and her unique take on the world illuminates everything around her” said Candy Harris, senior vice president of the women’s division at Stance. “She epitomizes our Uncommon Thread mantra and will undoubtedly play a role in inspiring the next generation of creative visionaries.” Willow is currently in the works of designing her first Stance collection which will be released for Holiday 2016. “Willow’s initial concepts and ideas have already generated a lot of excitement at Stance and we can’t wait to share them when the time comes” said Harris.
