The Hellflowers are an ambitious and Punk-laden Rock n’ Roll band that are making waves with their newest release, ‘Come On Let’s Dance!’. The group is the brainchild of duo of Christina Lopez on vocals and guitar, and Matt Eskew on bass, with a little help from their friends in the background. This year their debut EP has been garnering the praise of fans and critics alike, with their spirited vibe that brings Punk nostalgia to the table. Singer Christina Lopez’s vocals recall a young Joan Jett, while maintaining a unique and eclectic sound of her own.

Their lyrics are surrounded by driving instrumentation that swirls around each piece on the record. Come On Let’s Dance!, which was recorded and produced by Agent Orange’s Dave Klein, and was mastered by Jamison Weddle of StudioCat Productions (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nils Lofgren).They self produced their music videos the track The Hellflowers perform regularly throughout California and the southwest and have opened for national acts such as Agent Orange, The Dickies, The Muffs and Gene Loves Gezebel. They’re constantly expanding their touring reach and connection with audiences through their raw, live shows.

The Hellflowers will be returning to the studio to record a follow up EP to be released before they hit the road to Europe in 2017.
