Lakefest announce the 2015 line-up for the return of the popular summer music festival. Back for a fourth consecutive year, the Lakefest team have released the names of a further 30 acts due to take to the stage at this summer’s family-friendly festival. It was revealed back in February that Indie-Pop four-piece The Magic Numbers, pop-duo the Cheeky Girls and nineties pop rock and dance group D:Ream will be entertaining the crowds this year. Also appearing are: Billy Bragg, Dreadzone, Ferocious Dog, Hayseed Dixie, Lloyd Yates, Nizlopi and The Selecter.

It has now been confirmed that added to the Main Stage billing are: Rock band Embrace, alternative rock band Ash, New Model Army, The Correspondents and Goldie Lookin Chain. Plus, entertaining revellers during the course of the three-day festival will be: The Roving Crows, Erica, Babajack, Haunted Souls, Notorious Brothers and Simon Murphy.

The much-loved local festival will be held at Croft Farm Waterpark in Gloucestershire on August 7th, 8th and 9th 2015. This year, they have a diverse range of activities to keep the little ones entertained, from kite-making to circus skills, Glamba drumming workshops, BMX skills and even some walk-about dragons and story-telling. As well as the water sports that are available on-site. The children’s area will be run by ‘Spare Room Arts’ for the third year and they specialise in creating outdoor events that sit within inspirational surroundings to encourage creativity. The spaces provide the ultimate chill-out area and they’ll also have Children’s Yoga and Adult’s Yoga for Lakefesters.”

Set to perform on the The Floating Globe Stage are: Jasper in the Company of Others, The Lounge Crusade, Lisbee Stainton, The No-Good Nancys, John Adams, Future Set, The Cracked, Outcast Band, Foreign Affairs, Robin Pierce Band, Woo Town Hillbillies, Moon Brother, The Hawthornes, Bad Cardigan, Skewehiff, The Leylines, Crow Puppets, Mark Harrison and Claire Boswell. There will be a total of around 90 acts performing across all stages over the three days. Tickets are selling fast and so be sure to book now to avoid disappointment.
