Milliner Noel Stewart explores themes of conflicted harmony for his A/W’15 collection. Inspired – among other things – by visionary French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle and her eclectic work – Stewart’s range pays homage to this brand of powerhouse femininity. With a desire to create headwear that transcends function into the sculptural realm of beautiful objects, the collection harks back to a time of tailored detail and artisanal finishing, a time when a hat could speak volumes about inherent style.

Using the finest materials – including a mix of couture furs, cashmere, goose feathers and meluzine – in a palette of inky hues, the pieces speak of a clean sophistication and after-dark drama. London based Noel Stewart is a milliner with international status.
