Kemissara S/S15: Breezy and bold

In this new season stylish design label, KEMISSARA expressively declares that every day is a day of rest when it comes down to it. We can’t get enough of these luxe inspired casual pieces. It’s all about dressing simple and being extremely comfortable. For S/S’15 the collection of comfortable clothes reveal cool decorative seams, bold prints and mismatched shapes. This is a  perfect combination between classic style and elegance. The overall collection consists of breezy satin blouses, super wide-legged trousers and minimalistic dresses that still pack a mean punch. 

After having gained experience working with various fashion houses such as Chloé, Jasmine di Milo, Roksanda Ilincic and Diane Von Furstenberg, Karatphet (Kem) Issara is now back in Thailand and has launched her own womenswear label. In October 2012 she was selected as one of the ‘Fresh Face’ designers and debuted her collection to the public in Elle Bangkok Fashion Week and the response was very well received by both the media and the fashion crowd. 

 The designer explores new concepts by pushing creative boundaries in teams of both fabric and design methodology through her signature use of delicate pleats featured in her collection. Classical yet contemporary feminine sophisticaton is the brand’s DNA. Fun yet serious personality reflects modern multitasking young professionals with a contemporary women of today’s lifestyle – the clothing that serves the purpose of something that would last from dust till dawn.
