Ilvy Jacobs is really something quite special. The freshly graduated Dutch bag designer has specialised on making paper bags. This collection is part of her graduation project and designed to “give a new view on everyday luxury”.

 This collection is made from unconventional, fibrous materials such as crumpled up paper and tyvek. This designer is interested in exploring the idea of transforming the disposable paper bag for every day use.

We just love the textures she has used in her work and the investigation into unusual and familiar forms and materials.
Jacobs started to investigate ways to create a longer duration through a form and/or material addition in true sustainable style.
