The legendary Italian legwear brand Emilio Cavallini unveils its new campaign for the launch of the S/S’18 womenswear collection. Rigorous lines and minimalist architectural shapes provide the setting for the new Emilio Cavallini S/S’18 womenswear campaign, portraying the Maison’s latest socks and tights styles in a metaphysical and suspended atmosphere. Creative Director Pier Fioraso explicitly sought to create a semantic fil rouge between the collection’s design and the mood of this Spring/Summer campaign, whereby pastel hues and delicate sheer textures alternate with glowing colours and elaborate woven designs to shape romantic and sophisticated looks.

The new Spring/Summer collection combines nostalgic retro inspirations with the latest textile innovations to create romantic crochet weaves and sheer geometric patterns, but it also features colourful and contemporary designs characterised by bold fishnets, eclectic laces and silver-thread embroideries.Ankle socks are definitely the key style player of the Emilio Cavallini Spring/Summer look, to wear with pants, dresses, maxi and mini-skirts alike. In the best Emilio Cavallini couture tradition, tights stand out as autonomous fashion garments thanks to elaborate fishnets, sophisticated textural contrasts and colourful floral designs.
