It’s transparent, subtle, insinuating and romantic, L’Eau de Rose evokes a bouquet of roses in the perfection of freshness after summer rain, the unisex fragrance is contrasted with the shadowy depths of patchouli and oak moss. The nose behind this fragrance is Ramon Monegal. From his beginnings as a perfumer, Monegal showed courage, good taste and mastery of the most complicated and costly raw materials. He had a high sensitivity and thoroughness in preparing his creations in all its phases and aspects

Estée Lauder – Modern Muse Le Rouge

Estée Lauder are soon to be releasing a playful twist on their popular Modern Muse fragrance – Modern Muse Le Rouge. The ‘rouge’ part of its name comes from its top notes of raspberry, redcurrant and pink pepper, with rose middle notes and a patchouli base – resulting in a sweet and fruity fragrance. The scent will be available from July, but in the meantime watch out for their racy red campaign featuring it-girl Kendall Jenner.

Acqua di Parma – Magnolia Nobile Edizione Speciale

Another limited edition twist on a well-established fragrance, Accqua di Parma’s Magnolia Noble has a special re-released edition with a citrusy edge to the classic floral fragrance. The floral middle notes of rose, jasmine and, of course, magnolia are lifted with citrus scents and bergamot in the top notes; the perfume then leaves lasting sweet and sensual tones of sandalwood and vanilla. The fragrance is exclusive to Fenwick, and will be available from the beginning of August.

Bvlgari – Eau Parfumée Collection Relaunch

The successful range from Bvlgari is getting a sleek new repackaging… and a new addition to the fragrance family. Au Thé Bleu joins the Rouge, Vert and Blanc scents of the ‘tea’ range, combining lavender, iris, violet and blue tea to create a soft, unique fragrance for everyday wear. The other perfumes in the range will be relaunched in stylish new bottles, alongside an expanded range of bath products and candles in each scent.

Gucci – Gucci Bamboo

Inspired by Gucci’s accessories range of the same name, Gucci Bamboo is both floral and woody all in one spritz. The heart of the fragrance in made up of floral tones – ylang ylang, casablanca lily and orange blossom all complement each other nicely in the middle notes of the scent, but it’s the base notes of amber, sandalwood and vanilla that really leave a lasting impression. Look out for the stylish art deco bottle this August.

Jimmy Choo – Illicit

The face of this fragrance is Sky Ferreira, looking equally as gorgeous across a pastel pink background – teasing us with a fragrance that we just can’t wait until the end of August to get our hands on!
