Luxurious, regal looking and the pinnacle of sheer class, Fitriani’s S/S’14 collection certainly did not disappoint.
Held at the stunning Grace Club Belgravia, guests were able to preview the S/S’14 collection accompanied with flowing champagne and delicately crafted; mouth-watering Hors d’Oeuvres ranging from succulent salmon courtesy of Grace Belgravia’s restaurant. It was a fabulous chance to grab a sneak preview of the never seen before A/W’14 collection which had only just arrived fresh after being showcased at the notoriously fashionista-laden, Paris Fashion Week.

Fitriani and Tatler Magazine held the event together and Tatler readers and a vast number of prolific VIP guests were treated to an exclusive look of the collection by Tatler Fashion Editor and Fitriani owner Fitri Hay. Fitri spoke of the inspiration and overall vibe of the collection  as being “classy and elegant”.

Strong designs, with gorgeous leather detailing and a variety of textures with striking colours, the pieces was subtly suggestive of masculine overtones awashed with femininity with mesh laced embroidery and baroque prints.
Lace meshed jumpsuits, peplum style blazers and baroque printed peg trousers were part of the looks that defined the driving force behind the S/S’14 collection.

Throughout the evening, complimentary manicures were available for guests from Essie and Grace Club as well as goodie bags featuring treats by Liz Earle and pastel coloured nail polishes by Essie.

Overall, the Fitriani S/S’14 collection was a huge success with guests and readers alike adoring the pieces. A particular favourite amongst the guests was the gorgeous jumpsuit with peacock detailing on the trousers. Fitriani have certainly struck the inner elegant wanna be princess within us.
