Cloud & Victory A/W’14: For stargazers and snarkers

Cloud & Victory (C&V,) is a ballet-inspired clothing brand for lovers, dreamers, stargazers and snarkers. The Autumn/Winter 201 features a collection of the comfiest sweaters and shirts made from tencel and organic cotton, digitally-printed with C&V’s signature dance slogans; along with leggings, and gossamer-light, ready-to-wear tulle skirts inspired by the ethereal costumes of Romantic-era ballets such as Giselle and La Sylpide.

C&V A/W’14 celebrates the gleaming luminaries of the ballet world – from the regal prima ballerinas (fittingly known as ‘Les Etoiles’ in France) to the bright and rising young stars. The collection is fittingly modelled by one such young star, Miko Fogarty, who first rose to prominence in the movie First Position and most recently received a silver medal at the prestigious Varna International Ballet Competition 2014.

All their clothing is either ethically-manufactured according to leading international standards, including the Fair Wear Foundation and the Global Organic Textile Standard,  or made locally in collaboration with small artisan businesses.
