LFW: LULU LIU S/S’16: Traditional Undisclosed Emotions

The LULU LIU S/S’16 collection essentially focuses on the feminine silhouettes. Showcasing silhouettes mirroring the inherent contrasts of women’s personalities and of the eastern and western cultures. The vibrant heritage of flamenco introduced a collection revolving around contrasts.

From the first to the last look, all the pieces of the collection create a wonderful ensemble dedicated to telling the story of flamenco through the highlight of contrasts such as those between the Chinese traditional undisclosed emotions and the Western passion, the power of mysterious suggestiveness and that of subversive ostentation in clothing, and between raw sensuality and well-mannered restraint. Indeed, this signature technique is what defines LULU LIU.
