Fashion giant River Island has joined forces with two of the UK’s leading epilepsy charities, Young Epilepsy and Epilepsy Society, to celebrate National Epilepsy Week (16th-20th May) and launched the ‘Be Epic’ bag. The campaign, called Everyone Knows Someone, aims to raise awareness of epilepsy across the UK by encouraging people to talk and learn more about this misunderstood condition.

The ‘Be Epic’ bag will be available free through all River Island online purchases and in store throughout National Epilepsy Week. There will also be a chance to win £100 worth of River Island vouchers by taking part in a daily competition on the Everyone Knows Someone website. The website also features the real life stories and a film of three young people with epilepsy.
