Baddie Winkle, the 88-year-old grandma has recently teamed up with online fashion brand Missguided to launch their Party collection. The collaboration signifies another bold and fearless move for the brand as they build upon their empowering #BabesofMissguided movement. The campaign’s anti-commercial approach shows the diverse and unique side to Missguided. Baddie’s love of eccentric style, rap music and bling sets the tone for the aesthetic of the shoot, featuring sequins and faux fur coats. This American street style sensation has over 2.4 million followers and is no stranger to wearing some slightly eccentric pieces herself, from rocking a sequin body suit to the VMAs, to a neon swimsuit and a velvet thigh high boot! Think teenager at a rave in the 80s with a dash of sassiness, and you’ve got the idea of Baddie Winkle’s wacky wardrobe. The Baddie Winkle for Missguided campaign was shot by London-based photographer Zoe McConnell.
